Seth Z. Joseph has successfully represented individuals and corporations in corporate law and business immigration law matters. He has negotiated issues in a wide spectrum of business transactions and has counseled clients in areas such as shareholder, partnership and operating agreements, distribution agreements, and mergers and acquisitions for international and American-based companies and individuals.
